Our label Hans Anders has won two ABN AMRO Retailer of the Year awards in the categories Audiologists and Best Webshop Optics 2023-2024. During the festive event Country Retail Manager Christel Wesdorp and COO Sanne Oosterhoff received the awards on behalf of Hans Anders.
According to Oosterhoff the awards are proof that our continuous focus on value-for-money and omnichannel is recognized and appreciated by our customers. “We consider the award for Best Webshop Optics as a huge testament to the fact that Hans Anders has invested heavily in a progressive omnichannel strategy in recent years. We believe in the combination of traditional stores and online and we can now see that the path we have taken is well-received. Take for example the virtual fitting of frames on our revamped website or our appointment module where customers can determine online where, when and for what they would like to come to our store. With innovations like these, we have enhanced the services for our customers and are even more responsive to the changing needs of our customers.”
With these two category awards, Hans Anders is also nominated to be overall winner of the titles ‘ABN AMRO Best Retailer of the Netherlands’ 2023-2024, ‘ABN AMRO Webshop Awards the Netherlands’ 2023-2024 and ‘ABN AMRO Retailer of the Year the Netherlands’ 2023-2024. The winners will be announced at a gala on Thursday, November 2nd, 2023.
