Report a
concern

If you have concerns about unethical behaviour, human rights violations, or other compliance issues, you can report them confidentially through our grievance mechanism. At nexeye, we are committed to addressing concerns responsibly and transparently.

Use this form to submit a formal grievance
The form is designed to handle complaints and concerns in a transparent, fair and efficient way. Employees, contractors, suppliers and/or their employees, communities and other stakeholders affected by nexeye’s and labels activities can use it to report concerns or violations confidentially (and anonymously if preferred) without fear of retaliation.

We differentiate between a complaint and misconduct.
A complaint is personal, focused on a specific situation, and is handled by HR or an internal/external confidential advisor. Misconduct, on the other hand, is more serious, has a broader social impact, or involves a violation of ethical standards or laws. In such cases, you can refer to the Whistleblower Policy.
