Spreading kindness and creating impact: Internal activation The gift of giving

Through our internal activation, The gift of giving, we demonstrated our commitment to those who face financial of physical barriers to accessing eye and hearing care.

All our colleagues had the opportunity to nominate someone to receive a free pair of glasses or hearing aids. From many touching submissions, we selected 100 colleagues to personally assist in improving their sight or hearing—completely free of charge. 

This heartwarming initiative has been a success across all countries, with colleagues from every brand coming together to bring a little joy to the holidays for those who need it most. While receiving a gift is always special, but giving one truly touches hearts. Together, we are not just celebrating the season; we are spreading kindness and making a real, visible impact.

“I nominated my girlfriend because reading and writing are her passions. After a difficult period, she sometimes feels insecure about her appearance, even though she’s the most beautiful person to me. She finds comfort and escape in fantasy stories, and I wanted to give her a new pair of glasses to support her creativity and bring her joy.”

“I nominated this customer because she has faced many setbacks this year. A new pair of glasses was much needed, but due to everything she has been through, there was no room for it. I’m proud to have been able to make someone so happy, and that it not only gave her better vision but also renewed hope.”
