Recommendation rate eyes + more 93%
Even though the management of eyes + more was confident about the quality of products and services, the results exceeded all expectations. Frank Holtman, Commercial Director eyes + more:

Based on anonymous customer survey
The certification process has been driven by an anonymous customer survey, launched by TÜV in 2023, in which eyes + more newsletter subscribers were asked about customer satisfaction and value for money at eyes + more. A total of 20,000 customers were contacted in Germany and Austria. Approximately 1,800 took part in the survey.
